That doesn't make sense. If you remove the strokes you end up with IIAITIAII. What nationality is that?

Yeah, that's what I thought, too but that was his answer.

Maybe making the last N I I could be an H, but kind of a reach..

Maybe he meant to move a line because if you move that middle line you can make an "H" and an "N".
